Position: Clinical Research Coordinator
Department: Chula Maharaj Sirindhon Center for Research Under Royal Patronage, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Screen volunteers for research participation, explain research project details, review medical histories, and assist in obtaining informed consent from volunteers.
2. Follow up with and monitor volunteers in accordance with the research protocol.
3. Record and maintain volunteer data, along with other essential research documents, in compliance with the research protocol and under Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
4. Document adverse events and protocol deviations, and report any serious adverse events to the research team and relevant authorities within the designated timeframe.
5. Coordinate with relevant personnel such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory staff, and project coordinators.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
   
   

   Qualifications:

   • Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical Sciences or a related field
   • Clinical work experience or experience related to health services
   • Ability to collaborate and coordinate across relevant departments within the hospital, including physicians, researchers, ethics review committees, and research sponsors
   • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
   • Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills
   • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

   Applicants with 2–3 or more years of experience in clinical research will be given special consideration.
