Position: Research Nurse
Department: Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Research Center, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Screen volunteers for research participation, explain research project details, review volunteers' medical histories, and obtain informed consent for participation in the research project.
2. Collect specimens and perform other special examinations as specified in the research protocol, and follow up with volunteers in accordance with the research protocol.
3. Record and maintain volunteer data, along with other essential research documents, in compliance with the research protocol and under Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
4. Document adverse events and protocol deviations, and report any serious adverse events to the research team and relevant authorities within the designated timeframe.
5. Coordinate with relevant personnel such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory staff, and project coordinators.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
   
   Qualifications:
   - Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, with a valid professional nursing license
   - Clinical work experience or experience related to health services
   - Ability to collaborate and coordinate across relevant departments within the hospital, including physicians, researchers, ethics review committees, and research sponsors
   - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
   - Good basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills
   - Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
   
   The following qualifications will be given special consideration:
   - 2–3 or more years of experience in clinical research
   - Training in chemotherapy patient care and/or experience caring for patients receiving chemotherapy
   - Experience in pediatric patient care
